Abby DeWalt and Amanda Barrett return with an evening of witty, swinging folk-pop
Door 7:30 P.M., Music 8:00 P.M. | WE ARE SOLD OUT OF ADVANCE TICKETS FOR THIS SHOW

"More and more zany ideas come to us all the time," explains Amanda Barrett, one of the charming, talented, and captivating Ditty Bops. The California-based duo, which features Amanda aand Abby DeWald, bring their 1920s and 1930s-flavored swing and ragtime music to our stage for a "pagan-vaudeville" extravaganza that no Freightgoer should miss. In performance, Amanda and Abby apply their sweet-as-honey harmonies, mandolin, guitar, ukulele, and eco-friendly humor to a heady blend of ragtime, western swing, and folk, along with some wild costume changes to spice things up.

Tonight the pair regales us with songs old and new, including choice selections from their latest CD, Summer Rains, which was nominated for a Grammy this year (for "best packaging," go figger).
