Grammy Award winning traditional music master
Door 7:30 P.M., Music 8:00 P.M. | WE ARE SOLD OUT OF ADVANCE TICKETS FOR THIS SHOW

"Come all ye fans of the roots and the branches . . . I like to view the big mountain of music from every angle," says Tim O'Brien, the West Virginia multi-instrumentalist and song-crafter who has spent the past few decades building a fascinating bridge between the traditional sounds of the hill country and many of its roots and branches, including modern styles of bluegrass. As co-founder and lead vocalist of the acclaimed band Hot Rize, and more recently a wide variety of innovative collaborations like Newgrange, Tim has become one of the most respected and beloved singers and musicians in the burgeoning americana genre.

Nominated for multiple Grammys and the winner of the 1993 International Bluegrass Music Association Male Vocalist of the Year, Tim is famed for his great song-writing, pitch-perfect voice, and enlightened explorations of the landscape of roots music. Tim's latest CD is Chameleon, following up the acclaimed Fiddler's Green (Sugar Hill), which won him the 2005 Grammy for Best Traditional Folk Album.
