Mark your calendar now for Greenbelt Alliance’s third annual Bluegrass for the Greenbelt benefit concert, on June 22 at Dunsmuir Historic Estate in Oakland!
Celebrating Greenbelt Alliance’s 50th year, the family-friendly concert boasts the return of Laurie Lewis & The Right Hands as well as The Wronglers, plus an appearance from fast-rising local sensation Hot Buttered Rum.
The seating is festival style, so feel free to bring blankets and low back chairs. Leave your umbrellas, glass containers, and coolers at home as they are not allowed at the event. There will be food and beverage available for purchase. Please pick up and take everything with you that you bring in.
See the Bluegrass for the Greenbelt website for details about getting to Dunsmuir House. Greenbelt Alliance will provide complimentary shuttles to Dunsmuir House from the San Leandro BART station. AC Transit bus #45/Foothill Square drops off near Dunsmuir. Walk or bike up 106th Avenue and turn right onto Peralta Oaks Boulevard following the signs to Dunsmuir. If you drive there will be a $5 parking fee per vehicle. Bike parking will be available.
